About Me

I am a lifelong resident of Hampton Roads. Born in Newport News, I’ve spent most of my life in Virginia Beach, where I currently live with my husband, our teenage son, and our black lab. I love the beach lifestyle and everything Hampton Roads has to offer.

My passion has always been helping people achieve their goals. Before starting my real estate career, I worked as an occupational therapy practitioner and helped my husband launch our family-owned construction business, Kravchak Construction Inc. After moving and renovating several homes of our own, I decided to pursue real estate.

Today, I enjoy guiding clients through the buying and selling process and leveraging my experience and connections in the construction industry to provide added value. Whether you’re purchasing your first home or selling your current one, I’m committed to making the process smooth and successful.
